Potential Barber & Beautician Questions

- Are you tired of the games played in the shops by the owners and people who work there? (Most shops are very unprofessional and very unorganized).
- Are you tired of working long drawn-out hours and not making enough money to show for it? You cannot even pay your bills.
- Are you working a regular job outside of the hair business and you hate your job because you really want to do hair but can’t afford to sit around a shop to try to build your clientele to match your current salary?
- Are you currently working at a shop or a regular “9 to 5” with dead-end growth potential?
What does it take for you to join the Traveling Barber & Beauty Shop, Inc. team?
- You must be licensed. (Barber, Cosmetologist, Manager or Teacher)
- You must have a valid state driver’s license.
- You must have an automobile. (Preferred that it’s in your name)
- You must be willing to travel to the facilities. (Travel time can be 15 minutes to 3 hours)
- You must be willing to work in a well-organized company.
- You must be willing to work hard, follow instructions and be on time.
- You must have a great personality.
- You must work well with children & adults. You must be able to work flexible hours.
- You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in doing all types of hair (African American, Caucasian, Hispanic, etc.)
